Document Controller & Quality Assurance Officer
Shannon started her career 18 years ago in Administration and has been a Document Controller for the past 7 years. Working as the lead on small projects gave her invaluable experience as a Document Controller as she learned all aspects of Document Control including Administrative, Technical, Reference & Vendor documentation using an in house Document Management System. Shannon later worked as a team on a large EPCM Mineral Sands project.
In her career Shannon has worked across many different Document Control Management Platforms including a manual system which she overhauled when starting with us at Fire & Safety Systems 3 & a half years ago, in order to make the system run smoother and allow better reporting to our clients and internal management.
Shannon is also the Quality Assurance representative and is responsible for all internal auditing and making sure we are complying to the Quality Standard ISO9001 in order to maintain our certification.
